Lukas has played an instrumental role in shaping Farnek since he joined in 2010. Starting as deputy general manager, his focus was on logistics, procurement, operational support and real estate. In 2012, he was appointed COO and now also oversees acquisitions and transitions, and special projects.

He has managed the integration of Farnek’s home maintenance business, Hitches & Glitches, alongside a specialised cleaning business, Smashing!, into Farnek’s business to grow its service offering and ensure its reach covers both B2B and B2C markets.

With an MBA in business engineering, Lukas is heavily involved in digitalising Farnek’s business model and looking after the company’s biggest assets, its people.

From a staff welfare perspective, Lukas oversees all accommodation and is currently managing the development of a AED150 million state-of-the-art staff accommodation centre in Dubai Investment Park, which will house more than 5,000 employees.
