Remo Stoffel
Remo Stoffel is a Swiss citizen born in 1977 and grew up in Vals in the Canton of Grisons. After completing his commercial education as a banker with the UBS, 1996 he started his own business in the real estate sector.
Over the following years Remo Stoffel established several companies within the real estate industries. In 2005 he bought the real estate company Avireal with two business partners from the bankruptcy assets of the former Swiss airline company Swissair. In 2011 Avireal was integrated into the newly founded Priora, which is 100% owned by him. He has been leading the real estate division in the group as a managing director. Since 2016 Priora shifted the business focus from real estate Switzerland to investments in companies with e focus on International growth.
Over the last years Remo Stoffel has also invested in various projects dear to his heart in home canton of Grisons. He purchased the renowned Felsentherme (thermal spa) in Vals and was elected as chairman of the associated 7132 hotel. Over the coming years Remo Stoffel is also planning extensive investments in real estate around the airport of Zurich, project first-district.ch.
After being invested over 15 years in Dubai – building up Farnek Services LLC, the leading technology driven and sustainable facility management company in UAE with close to 10,000 employee’s – 2019 Priora moved their headquarters from Switzerland to DIFC Dubai. Out of Dubai as an International trading hub, Priora is focused to set up an multinational business relations between the economy from Africa, UAE and Europe. Priora will be enabler in import, export – and trading – business on one hand, on the other hand provide infrastructure investment solutions and merger and acquisitions for interesting target companies.
